Th, HL Type chain bucket elevator is suitable for vertical conveying of abrasive powder, granular and small pieces of materials, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc., with the highest conveying height of 40m. The advantages of th type bucket elevator are simple structure and stable operation. Digging type loading, mixing type or gravity unloading, combined sprocket is used for rim, which is convenient for replacement, long service life of chain after special treatment, and automatic spring tensioning device is used for the lower part, which can maintain constant tension and avoid slipping or chain falling off. Meanwhile, when the hopper is blocked, certain tolerance can effectively protect the moving parts, and the material temperature is not more than 250 ℃. Th type is manufactured and designed according to jb3926-85 "vertical bucket elevator", which should be selected preferentially. The hopper of HL type bucket elevator adopts digging type loading and centrifugal type unloading. HL type bucket elevator operates stably and can be used to transport powder, granular and small pieces of non abrasive and semi abrasive materials with high temperature.
